How to shop?

We have tips to help you easily get through the entire process from choosing products to completing your order.

Searching for products

Some people like to browse, others go straight to what they need.

  • If you belong to the first group, choose the appropriate department in the top menu and then browse through the product categories until you reach your goal.
  • If you already know what you want, use the search bar. At the top of the page you will find a search field which, together with our autocomplete, will lead you to the desired product.

Cart

  1. You add products to your cart using the “Add to cart” button.
  2. You can always view the full contents of your cart by clicking the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Shipping and payment

Depending on the size of the items, the most suitable delivery method will be offered to you. A complete overview of shipping options can always be found in the second step of the cart.

If you are ordering different types of products with different availability, it’s up to you whether you prefer the fastest possible delivery (your order will be split and items in stock will be shipped immediately) or whether you prefer to wait until all items are in stock and receive everything in a single shipment.

Order summary and submission

Before sending your order, a complete summary is shown. If all information is correct, complete your order by clicking “Submit order”.

Good to know

  • You will be informed by email about every step in processing your order. This way, you always have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect delivery. If you wish to change or cancel items in your order, or cancel the entire order, please contact us by phone or email.
  • The seller reserves the right to cancel orders for goods marked as “Temporarily unavailable” if the product can no longer be supplied or replaced with another model, or if its price has changed significantly. You will, of course, be informed if such a situation occurs. If part or all of the order has already been paid for, your money will be refunded to your account.
